Elhannon has been a family run business for over 30 years. We are a cold-hardy nursery in USDA plant Zone 4 and are located at the junction of Vermont, Massachusetts & New York. The nursery is grown on the river bottom teal and hamlin soils of the Hoosick River. We grow a wide variety of everygreens, shade, ornamental trees & shrubs on over 850 acres. Our specialty is speciman large trees. Our crews provide machine dug and drum-laced root balls. We successfully move deciduous trees up to 28" caliper and evergreens up to 50 feet tall. Our trees have always been carefully and precisely pruned, watered and fertilized to insure that they remain the best quality trees in the Northeast.
