Our Family Business --- Martin Implement Sales is a highly regarded construction and turf equipment dealership noted for its personable customer service. The company traces its beginnings to 1945 when the original store was opened in Orland Park. The Novak family has been represented at Martin Implement since 1957 when Art Novak purchased interest in the business, having started out as a shop apprentice in 1950. By 1964 Art was President and sole owner. His three sons, Tom, Bob and Bruce, came aboard in the early eighties after completing college. Upon Art’s retirement as President in 1999, the Novak siblings were installed as company officers. Tom became the new President, Bob was named Vice President, and Bruce, Secretary.
