Encore Floral Marketing, Inc., a family owned business based in Grand Rapids, MI has been in the floral business for over sixty years. The company originated as West Michigan Floral Supply, a floral route trucking business, that serviced many retail floral shops within the greater West Michigan area. Over the past twenty five years we have continued to evolve our focus exclusively on the grocery and mass market industry.

We source products from Colombia, Ecuador, the Netherlands, Costa Rica, California and Washington state. Bringing in product from locations around the globe enables us to create incredibly unique bouquets and arrangements that set us apart from our competition. Unlike our competitors, we are able to be responsive to weather situations which can cause a series of issues from poor product quality to procurement shortages resulting in missed delivery windows.
