Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College (ABAC), is a State College in the University System of Georgia with a Fall 2010 enrollment of almost 3,400 students. Over 1,200 students live on the Tifton campus. As a unit of the 31-member University System of Georgia, Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College is one of the premier colleges in the state of Georgia. The College was founded in 1908 as the Second District A&M School. Located on 516 acres of sun-splashed south Georgia countryside, ABAC provides an enlightening and engaging environment for its students.
