Workforce Advantage provides processing and compliance services for employers wishing to utilize the government's H-2A and/or H-2B Visa programs. These VISA classifications allow employers who can prove their seasonal or peak-load needs for labor to recruit from outside of the United States for labor to be admitted into the U.S. for up to 9 months. Workforce Advantage serves as the agent of record for employers wishing to participate in the program and assists in all aspects of the application and filing process.
