NC-IPC (formerly known as the NC Exotic Pest Plant Council) is the North Carolina state chapter of Southeast Exotic Pest Plant Council. Our purpose is to provide focus for issues and concerns regarding exotic pest plants (invasive plants) in North Carolina.
