We are a nursery that grows 30 varieties of tropical foliage plants in greenhouses covering almost 5 acres. Our website will introduce you to a special collection of tropical plants, each with its own story to tell.
H2O Sprouts -- You may have already seen it pass by, plants with their roots in a vase of water. And perhaps you have already put plants in water yourself, for example when you were going to take cuttings. Growing a plant on water is called hydroponics. We now sell a whole line of beautiful hydroponics concepts under the label Intenz Home.

About Us:
The Plant Company was founded in 2020 by Frank Paul and brothers, Jason and Wesley VanWingerden. Nestled within the Blue Ridge Mountains in the Shenandoah Valley, our brand new, state of the art 5 – acre greenhouse is soley dedicated to growing premium tropical indoor houseplants. Being located in Stuarts Draft Virginia it gives us the distinct advantage of proximity to major highways (I-81 N/S and I-64 E/W), in providing for our customers. Our goal is being able to deliver the absolute freshest product to our customers, in turn enabling them to supply their clients with a superior plant experience for their home or office.
